Depending on whether you are a creator or a tipper, we may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

1. Identity Data includes full name (creators only), stage name (creators only), username or similar identifier, social security number (creators only), government-issued photo identification (creators only), date of birth, and gender.
2. Contact Data includes postal address, email address, and telephone numbers (creators only).
3. Financial Data includes bank or other payment account (creators only) and payment card details (tippers only). We store only very limited, if any, Financial Data. Otherwise, all Financial Data is stored by our payment processor, and you are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
4. Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of content or services you have bought from us or any creator through our Website.
5. Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our Website.
6. Device Data includes the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your Device’s IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device’s wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, time zone setting, and IP address.
7. Content Data includes text, photos, videos, or other content you create, broadcast, or upload on our Website and information about the content you create, broadcast, or upload, including metadata that is provided with that content. We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data that will be used under this privacy policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data) unless you voluntarily provide it. Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

If you fail to provide personal data

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). 6. Accessing and correcting your personal data

We cannot delete your personal data except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your Content Data from our Website, copies of your Content Data may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Website users. We are based in the United States of America.
