Appeals Policy (Depicted Person Takedown)

If you have been depicted in any content on TipSnaps and would like it removed, please email us at support@tipsnaps.com.

We will:

1. Confirm receipt of your request
2. Review whether consent was given or is invalid
3. Make a decision within five (5) business days

If consent was not given, or was withdrawn, the content will be removed.

If you disagree with the decision, you may appeal within 48 hours.

If there should be a disagreement regarding this appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body at the website's expense.
