Complaints & Content Removal Policy

If you would like to report content that may be illegal or violates our Standards, please contact us at support@tipsnaps.com.

All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days.

Our review process:

  1. We receive your complaint.
  2. Our team reviews the content and checks for violations.
  3. We decide whether the content must be removed or if no violation occurred.
  4. We notify you of the outcome.

Appeals:

If you disagree with the decision, you may appeal within 48 hours by replying to our email. Appeals may be referred to a neutral third party if needed.

Possible outcomes:

  1. Content removed
  2. Account restricted
  3. No action taken if no violation is found
